We are an Original Hot Yoga (26N2) focused hot yoga studio that also offers supporting classes to develop strength, stillness, and revitalization of the mind and body. We welcome all levels from beginners to experienced students. Original Hot Yoga is an effective, full body workout that revitalizes, re-energizes, and reorganizes the body and mind by systematically stretching and compressing glands, organs, and muscles to oxygenate the body. Combined with the heat to help thin the blood and soften the tissue, the oxygen is delivered through out the body allowing the body to bring back balance. Our classes will boost metabolism, build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress and strain. It’s never too late, never too old, never too bad to start from the scratch and start once again!
We also offer heated yin which is a gentler introduction to the heat. Yin yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine through poses which are held for longer periods of time. It creates a transformative effect on both body and mind. Yin Yoga is a counterpart to more vigorous yoga practice as it capitalizes on the pillars of rest and self -care. Just as much as the body needs to exert itself physically through very active yoga poses, it needs to relax in more restorative poses, as found in Yin Yoga.

Please note: WE DO NOT RENT TOWELS OR MATS. Please be sure to pack your own so you can practice with us!
Please come on an empty stomach and hydrated.
Please arrive 15 minutes early your first class to get situated. We do start on time so we can end on time. Also, just a heads up—new students won’t be allowed to join in once a class has started, to ensure you get the full therapeutic benefits of our system.
Oh, and we don’t have showers, just so you know.
WHY THE HEAT?
INFRARED HEAT THERAPY
When you step into our infrared heated hot yoga studio, you will immediately notice that the heaters emit a therapeutic heat. It directly permeates the body, alleviating aches, increasing circulation, and offers a whole range of health benefits. Infrared heating is know to:
Infrared heat directly warms muscles, allowing for a greater range of motion.
Helps yoga students open up, melt deep into poses and gain confidence in their practice.
Infrared heat directly penetrates tissues, muscles and joints, allowing them to heal and regenerate through a combination of the aforementioned increased circulation, oxygenation and detoxification.
Infrared radiation is incredibly useful for pain relief for minor injuries and chronic ailments.
Infrared heat will make you sweat, which is a good thing because it is your body’s natural way of flushing toxins. As your body absorbs infrared heat, water molecules begin to vibrate, which causes them to wring out impurities from the cells.
These impurities will then be released from your body as you sweat, creating a deep, detoxifying cleanse on the cellular level.
The human body has an impressive temperature regulation system which takes energy (calories) to maintain a consistent temperature.
Infrared heat also increases metabolism between the blood and tissue, which also burns calories.
Infrared heat has shown to stimulate blood flow. This increased blood flow increases the oxygen to our muscles, organs, glands which allows our body to heal.
